I was taking Carlson Norweigan Fish Oil 1000 mg for quite awhile. Carlson is good; however, we experienced "fish burps" and gas. After reading an article about this fish oil supplement, we decided to give it a try. It's just enough EPA/DHA without any side effects. I love the enteric coated capsules which helps digestion to take place in the intestines, better absorption than in the stomach. Plus, Amazon has some of the best seller's prices around!

I have tried so many fish oils that I had just about given up the search. The ones I tried all left me with fish burps even if they claimed they wouldn't. Thankfully I gave these a try. FINALLY I found a fish oil that is true to it's label. NO FISH BURPS or fishy taste. YAY! I can finally take fish oil! Thak you Fisol.

My good cholesterol went from 64 to 83 after I started taking this product. I had stopped taking fish oil due to the fish burps but when my doctor told me he wanted to put me on Lovastatin I asked to try resolving the issue through diet and exercise. I started taking Fisol and when I was tested 3 months later he said my good cholesterol was up enough to forgo the medication.

As alluded to, I have not had any "fish burps" which was very unappealing to me.The pills are in a round shape and I find them difficult to swallow 2 as I can with other pills. This would be the only criticism I would have. I would like them more oblong to swallow easier-even though this would make packaging more difficult for the company.
My triglycerides will be checked in 2 months so we will see

This is the only fish oil I am able to use without reflux issues.
I have been using Fisol for many years and have never refluxed with
the fishy taste I got from every other fish oil product I tried.
Excellent product.
